I am in AWE

Like everybody else I am still in the process of finding my style in terms of clothing. I had some times when I look back on my choices of clothing and cringe. I remember a phase where I wore black only. It was not a flattering choice of color since it consisted mostly baggy size L T-shirts. I still wear black but in moderation. Hahaha anyways I am getting off topic.

I basically want to say
"Only through experience will one be able to get the combination of what "You" consist of right." Clearing out my closet of clothes that are just collecting dust and trying to recreate something and trying to be my own tailor. I am still quite far off. My current obsession is vintage clothing
from the 1960's to the 1980's. I have manage to purchase some of these clothes at a sweet deal and I simply love the style.

My friends call me old fashion even my own mother but hey if i remember right
Oscar Wilde said “Fashion is something so ugly it has to change every six months

I was on MSN and I stumbled on to a picture of two men who look so awesome that it just looks effortless. I saw vintage clothing mixed in with the new.

I went off to search for their website which was called Street Etiquette. The two very creative minds who created the site are Joshua Kissi and Travis Gumbs (As shown in the picture above). They definitely know how to look good and still be classy at the same time. It was not a disappointing read and I am going to visit their website regularly. Impressive. I feel inspired when I read their blog.

Inspiration behind Dw33b Collection #008 - Mix Band

There are times when the inspiration comes easily, sometimes when it is silent you have to put it in the back of your mind and then it just....comes together.

I have been so busy but that will not stop me from making time for Dw33b.

This collection is a mix of random topics that ranges from the constellations, land and technology. So that is how the name Mix Band came to be. ^_^

Overall I am happy with how they all turned out. For example like Duotone really lives up to its name because of the shades of color and Dark Slate which is quite edgy and seriously I have not seen anything like it. Somehow the beach theme creeps back into this collection and it was unexpected in a good way like the Noctua and Fallow. The use of Hematite beads are a running theme here as well.

In total there are 9 bracelets, two of those bracelet the Cassiopeia and Monochrome bracelet was inspired from a customer. If you are reading this, I say "Thank you!".

The design came first and for the Monochrome when I was showed it to my siblings

- My sister actually said it reminds her of Lady Gaga- (-__-")

That never crossed my mind. She meant is as a complement.

I have been so busy with catching up with people and making plans.

Life is definitely not a job. It should still be taken seriously anyway because we only live once.

To the customers, I recently met up in person...

Thank you for taking interest and choosing Dw33b.

You guys are an awesome bunch of people and of course the people who give me feedback are on that same level. One of these days I might try making something multi-color or at least bright combination. I shall see how it goes.

With that, I end this post with saying the next collection is still in the initial stages and the hint is *Garden*
